Former Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal's daughter Harshita got engaged to Sambhav Jain on Thursday at the Shangri-La hotel in Delhi. A video of Kejriwal dancing at his daughter's engagement ceremony is making the rounds on social media platforms. The video shows Kejriwal grooving to the Hindi version of the popular track Saami from the Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa: The Rise.
A few more videos from the event have surfaced on the internet. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann performed bhangra with his wife Gurpreet Kaur to the song 'Nachi Jo Saade Naal'.
In one of the videos from the event, he can be seen performing bhangra alone on the stage.
After watching the video, some users poked fun at the Punjab CM, saying, "Today, sir danced, but this video will be shared more widely during the upcoming elections."
According to media reports, Arvind Kejriwal's daughter Harshita got engaged to Sambhav Jain. However, no details about who Sambhav Jain is have been revealed yet. The engagement ceremony was attended only by family members and select leaders from the Aam Aadmi Party. Apart from Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, a few ministers from Punjab also attended the event.
It has been reported that another program is being held today, Friday, at Kapurthala House in Delhi. However, the family has not disclosed any details about it. Like the engagement, this event has also been kept completely private.
