Video: Pervert On Bike Molests Minor School Girl In Bareilly; Caught By UP Police In Encounter

A disturbing video has surfaced online showing a pervert on a bike molesting a minor schoolgirl. The incident occurred on Monday around 3:30 PM when the girl was on her way to a coaching class in Bareilly's Izzatnagar.

After the incident, the girl informed her family about the assault, prompting them to file a police complaint against the molester.

Following the registration of the complaint, the police identified the accused as Musabbir, son of Mohammad Raees, a resident of Math Kamal Nayanpur under Izzatnagar Police Station.

The police confirmed that the accused has been charged under Sections 78/352/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Sections 7/8 of the POCSO Act, based on a written complaint by the victim’s family.

In a press release, Izzatnagar Police Station stated: "During the investigation, a police team attempted to apprehend the wanted accused, Musabbir, near a garden behind Kashmiri Kothi in the Karmacharinagar outpost area. However, the accused opened fire on the police team with intent to kill."

The release further added: "In self-defence, the police team retaliated, leading to an exchange of fire in which the accused sustained a gunshot wound to his right leg. He was arrested in an injured condition and taken to the district hospital for treatment."

Police recovered a .315 bore pistol, an empty .315 bore cartridge, live cartridges, and a Hero Splendor motorcycle without a number plate from the accused’s possession.
