New Delhi: A video has become popular on social media showing individuals taking photos and videos with the unexploded device that was dropped near the LoC area. Individuals are advised against touching or handling any such explosive items, including debris, as it could result in danger.
Viral videos feature men, believed to be from the Punjab region, handling unexploded missile that must have been dropped on the ground during the attacks at the LoC between India and Pakistan, alongside several photos and clips with the dangerous debris. The actions are considered dangerous, therefore the residents are urged not to touch the explosive.
A missile was released in the vicinity of the Punjab area of the LoC during the current attacks between India and Pakistan amidst war tensions. A video shared by journalist Gagandeep Singh includes the text, "ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਧਮਾਕੇਖੇਜ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ 'ਚ ਨਾਂ ਫੜੋ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਨੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ," which translates to, "Kindly refrain from touching any such explosive materials as it could lead to loss of life."

In the video two men are seen holding and erecting the unexploded missile in what looks like a field while one holds it, the other younger man seen in the video made actions indicating to try and pick up the missile in his arms, while other man held it and was seen posing and smiling for the camera. The people were seemingly cracking jokes, singing songs and laughing urging each other to stand next to the unexploded missile and take turns to appear in the video and click photos.
