Raigarh: A massive fire broke out in Chhattisgarh's Raigarh district on Monday. The blaze erupted at transformers kept near a power company's sub-station.
After receiving the information fire tenders reached the spot. Senior officials also rushed to the spot. A firefighting operation is currently underway.

"All fire tenders reached the spot within 10-20 minutes and due to the presence of inflammable elements, the fire spread rapidly," Power Department executive engineer Gunjan Sharma told ANI.
As per Sharma, the fire was caught by all the failed transformers. The reason behind the incident is still not known. In the video of the incident surfaced online, a huge envelope of black smoke could be seen billowing out of thesubstationn.
So far there are no reports of any injuries due to the blaze. Panic gripped the area the locals after the incident.
