Video: Man Beats Up Wife On Road In Front Of Minor Child In UP's Lalitpur
After the video went viral, Uttar Pradesh Police took cognisance of the matter and directed Lalitpur Police to take necessary action. Lalitpur Police has directed the Station House Officer of Kotwali Lalitpur to investigate and take necessary action.

A dispute between a couple escalated to such an extent that they began physically assaulting each other on the roadsid in Uttar Pradesh's Lalitpur. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media showing the husband holding his wife's hand whilst the wife jerks his hand away. Meanwhile, an innocent child sitting on a bike nearby watches the fight with bewildered eyes.
During this, the woman pulls the child down from the bike and kicks her husband. In response, the husband throws the woman to the ground and it appears as though he was strangling his wife.
Just then, some bystanders intervene to mediate and separate the woman from her husband.
However, it has not yet become clear what issue triggered the fight between the husband and wife that took such a violent turn.
According to reports, this incident occurred near Highway Masaura in the Sadar Kotwali area of Lalitpur.

In a separate incident, a mother has alleged that her husband killed their 2-year-old child by throwing him to the ground. According to child's mother, her husband kept the child locked in a room for 8-9 hours, which led to his death. The incident is being attributed to a domestic dispute between the husband and wife.
