Bareilly: Over the past three days, Bareilly's Mayor, Dr. Umesh Gautam, received rakhis from 20,000 women in a record-breaking gesture of community support. The unique event, which also saw his son Parth Gautam participate, culminated in a gathering at the city stadium where women lined up to tie rakhis on the mayor's hands.
