UP Shocker: Deoria Youths Strip Man Naked, Brutally Lash His Private Parts With Belt Over Mobile Theft; Chilling Video Surfaces
After interrogating the detained individual, Sadar Kotwal Tej Pratap Singh revealed that the entire incident was related to mobile theft.

A shocking video from Uttar Pradesh's Deoria has surfaced online showing some domineering youths brutally beating a man after stripping him naked. The assault is so severe that it resembles a Taliban-style punishment. The video clearly shows these men hitting the victim's private parts with a belt. The victim is screaming, crying, and pleading for mercy, but the attackers do not listen to him.

One of the attackers sits on the victim’s body while another relentlessly lashes him with belts. Moreover, the attackers recorded the video on their mobile phones and shared it across various social media platforms, making it viral.
After video went viral on social media, the Deoria Police responded to a post stating, "A person named Rohit Srivastava, son of Ashok Lal Srivastava, a resident of Haraiyya, Salempur, has been taken into custody for interrogation. Another individual, Priyanshu Singh, son of Dhananjay Singh, a resident of Dehri, under Mail police station, has been identified, and efforts are underway to locate him. Further legal action is in progress."
According to reports, the incident took place in the Salempur Kotwali area, where two local miscreants assaulted a young man with a belt. One of them sat on the victim’s body, kicked him, and pressed his head down while the other continued to strike his private parts with a belt. They also filmed the assault and circulated the video using different social media accounts. The video is said to be a few days old.
