Moradabad: The UP Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) has arrested a Rampur district resident, for allegedly operating as a Pakistani ISI agent. Investigations reveal the suspect made repeated cross-border trips under the guise of trading cosmetics and spices while transmitting sensitive security information.
