Renowned Educator Avadh Ojha Joins AAP In Presence Of Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia In Delhi; Video

New Delhi: Renowned educator and motivational speaker Avadh Ojha joined the Aam Aadmi Party in the presence of former Delhi CM and party supremo Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi on Monday.

After taking primary membership of AAP, Avadh Ojha expressed his gratitude to Kejriwal for giving him the opportunity to enter politics and work for the development of education. "Education is the medium that shapes the soul of the family, society, and the nation. All great nations and leaders worldwide have had education as a core foundation. As I begin my political journey today, I want to share with you that, as our leader Manish Sisodia said, if I had to choose between politics and education, I would certainly choose education. This is my goal as well, and by entering politics, my primary objective is the development of education."

Ojha, who was reportedly interested in contesting the Lok Sabha election on a BJP ticket, is now expected to run in the Delhi Assembly elections as AAP candidate next year.

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, while welcoming Ojha into the party, said, "His experience and perspective will provide a new direction to our education policy. Inspired by our work and policies on education, he has joined the party. We heartily welcome him into our family. Together, we will work to fulfill Baba Saheb's dreams."

"Whenever we bring any leader into the party, we say their joining will strengthen AAP. Today, I want to say that with Avadh Ojha's joining, education in the country will become stronger. This is because AAP is doing the most work for education, and through AAP, when he works for education, the country's education will be strengthened," Kejriwal added.

Who is Avadh Ojha?

Avadh Ojha is one of the most admired teachers in the country. His full name is Avadh Pratap Ojha. He is an Indian UPSC coach, YouTuber, and educator. He hails from the Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh. After facing setbacks in the UPSC exams, he began teaching at coaching institutes in Allahabad. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when offline classes were suspended, he gained significant popularity on YouTube due to his unique teaching style.
