Over the past week, Jaipur has witnessed multiple incidents of intoxicated youth recklessly driving vehicles, leading to accidents and cases of harassment against women and couples. Despite police action in areas like Kalwar, Kardhani, and Jawahar Circle against those endangering lives by speeding, such incidents continue unabated.

On Valentine's Day, a couple was physically assaulted and harassed in front of Gaurav Tower in Malviya Nagar. Now, another incident has come to light in Mansarovar, where miscreants harassed and assaulted a couple.

The latest incident occurred late Saturday night in the Mansarovar area, which falls under Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma's Sanganer constituency. The incident took place on New Sanganer Road near Dhanvantari Hospital, where the BRTS corridor is located. According to reports, the couple was harassed and then physically assaulted. After the incident, the perpetrators managed to flee the scene.

A video of the incident has surfaced online showing a young woman confronting the harassers.

Just two days earlier, four youths on a bullet motorcycle assaulted a couple in front of GT in Malviya Nagar. Those miscreants were caught on CCTV cameras, and the video of the Mansarovar incident has also surfaced.

According to the viral video, the perpetrators were traveling in a black Thar SUV. As a couple was passing by on a motorcycle, the youth in the Thar made obscene gestures, including showing the middle finger, while overtaking them. When the couple ignored this behavior, the emboldened miscreants blocked the motorcycle with their Thar, began harassing them, assaulted the young man, and misbehaved with the woman.

In the viral video, the girl can be seen pushing the miscreants away and asking why they hit her friend, referring to them as "bhaiya" (brother). Some other people arrived at the scene and recorded videos of the youths in the black Thar, clearly capturing the vehicle's license plate numbers.

The couple stated that they attempted to call the police control room but were unable to connect.
