President Of World Book Of Records Warns Against Unauthorized Use Of Its Name & Logo
In an official press release, Shukla said that some individuals, organizations and their associates are attempting to leverage World Book of Records for promotional activities, endorsements and other purposes without proper consent.

New Delhi: Santosh Shukla, President and CEO of World Book of Records (WBR), has issued a strong cautionary statement regarding the unauthorized use of the organization's brand name, logo and intellectual property.
In an official press release, Shukla said that some individuals, organizations and their associates are attempting to leverage World Book of Records for promotional activities, endorsements and other purposes without proper consent.

He said that any agreements or contracts related to World Book of Records images, logo and brand are intellectual property Rights of WBR and cannot be used without prior permission. The statement warned that those engaging with such unauthorized entities do so at their own risk as WBR will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such associations.
“I urge the public, businesses, and media to exercise caution and verify any claims or promotions involving the World Book of Records. Unauthorized use not only misrepresents our brand but also undermines its integrity,” said the prez. Shukla, who is also Supreme Court of India advocate, reaffirmed his commitment to protecting WBR’s reputation and legal rights. He expressed gratitude to the organization’s supporters and requested that all inquiries be directed to WBR’s official representatives.
