NEET Aspirant From Bihar Dies By Suicide In Kota, 13th Coaching Student Death This Year
The student, identified as Tamim Iqbal (16), was a resident of Katihar, Bihar, and had arrived in Kota just 15 days ago to prepare for the NEET examination. He was living in a shared room with one of his friends.

A NEET aspirant from Bihar has allegedly died by suicide in Kota, marking the 13th such case involving a coaching student in the city this year.
Jawahar Nagar Police Station Officer Ram Laxman Gurjar said the incident occurred on Monday night and was reported by the hostel owner. The student, identified as Tamim Iqbal (16), was a resident of Katihar, Bihar, and had arrived in Kota just 15 days ago to prepare for the NEET examination. He was living in a shared room with one of his friends.

The deceased’s uncle reached Kota after receiving information about the incident. He informed the police that the student’s father is suffering from a heart condition and does not wish for any legal action to be taken. Following this, the Jawahar Nagar police handed over the body to the family without conducting a postmortem.
