At least 35 people were injured after a bus carrying devotees from Andhra Pradesh collided with a parked truck in Maharashtra's Buldhana.

Buldhana: At least 35 people were injured after a bus carrying collided with a parked truck in Maharashtra's Buldhana on Friday. The bus was carrying devotees from Andhra Pradesh. They were going for a 'Dev Darshan' tour to Nashik and Shirdi in Maharashtra, Sandeep Kale, SHO, Malkapur rural police station, told ANI.

After receiving information authorities rushed to the spot. A rescue operation was launched and injured were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Injured Undergoing Treatment At Hospital:

As per Kale, among the injured, the condition of three devotees is critical.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the truck had no warning indicators and due to which the collision took place, reported India TV. A detailed probe to find out the exact reason of the accident is underway.

6 Dead In Patan Road Accident:

On Thursday, April 17, At least six people died after an autorickshaw crashed into a bus in Gujarat’s Patan The accident took place on the Sami-Radhanpur highway. Several people were also injured in the incident.

The accident reportedly occurred at around 11.30 am near Sami village of the district. The state road transport bus was going towards Kutch from Himmatnagar, while the three-wheeler was coming from the opposite direction, Patan District Superintendent of Police V K Nayi told PTI.

"All six persons travelling in the autorickshaw, including the driver, died on the spot. The impact was so intense that the mangled remains of the auto got stuck underneath the bus," said Nayi.
