Jaipur Court Sentences 2 Congress MLAs To One-Year Jail In 11-Year-Old Case
According to the public prosecutor Kavita Pingolia, the court has sentenced 9 people, including Ladnun MLA Mukesh Bhakar, Shahpura MLA Manish Yadav, Abhishek Chaudhary, who was the Congress candidate from Jhotwara assembly, to one year in this case.

Jaipur: Two Congress MLAs of Rajasthan, Mukesh Bhakar and Manish Yadav along with seven others have been sentenced for one year in an 11-year-old case of blocking the road in Jaipur.
A City Court of Jaipur has has held all nine guilty of blocking the road and gathering against the law outside the main gate of Rajasthan University for about 20 minutes on August, 13, 2014. However, all have been granted bail.
According to the public prosecutor Kavita Pingolia, the court has sentenced 9 people, including Ladnun MLA Mukesh Bhakar, Shahpura MLA Manish Yadav, Abhishek Chaudhary, who was the Congress candidate from Jhotwara assembly, to one year in this case.

After pronouncing the sentence, the court released all the accused on bail and granted one month time to appeal to the High Court to suspend the sentence.
