Hyderabad: A woman lost her life after being hit by a speeding Bolero in Telangana's capital Hyderabad on Wednesday. The hit-and-run incident took place in the Kukatpally area of the city. It was captured on CCTVs installed in the area and soon its footage went viral on social media. The victim was identified as Kritika.
According to a report published in NDTV, Kritika had gone to a temple with her husband Amit Karan, son and in-laws. Unfortunately, on their way back home, their car broke down,. Kritika came out of the car in the middle of the road.. As she was standing next to her car, a speeding Bolero came from behind and hit her.

In the CCTV footage, it could be seen that the Bolero good vehicle changed its direction from right to left and headed towards Kritika at a high speed. The impact was so intense that Kritika was flung in the air.
After the incident, the driver of the Bolero did not stop his vehicle and fled away. Kritika was rushed to a hospital. However, she could not survive.
The incident raised suspicion. The police have started an investigation into the matter to find out whether it was an accident or a planned murder. A manhunt operation has been launched to nab the absconding driver.
