Encounter Breaks Out In Jammu And Kashmir's Udhampur, 2-3 Terrorists Trapped
An encounter broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district between security forces and terrorists on Wednesday. Two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped in the area.

Udhampur: An encounter broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district between security forces and terrorists on Wednesday. Two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped in Marta Village of Ramnagar in Udhampur.
As per DIG DIG Udhampur-Reasi Range Rayees Mohammad Bhat, contact has been established with terrorists. The gunfight is currently underway.
According to reports, acting on intelligence inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area, security forces launched a joint operation. During the operation, terrorists opened fire on the security personnel.

Kathua Encounter:
On March 23, firing was reported at the Hiranagar area in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua while security forces were conducting a search operation. After this, the Jammu and Kashmir (J-K) Police and troops of the Rising Star Corps of the Indian Army launched an intelligence-based joint operation in Hiranagar, Kathua.
In this encounter three terrorists were neutralised by security forces, while four police personnel were killed in action.
