Chhattisgarh: Police Seize ₹3 Crore Gold, ₹8.40 Lakh Cash From Car In Kabirdham
As per information received, the suspects had brought this jewelry to sell in a bullion shop in Kawardha. However, the salesman failed to present the original gold and GST bill, sources informed.

Police recovered gold jewellery worth Rs 3 crore and Rs 8.40 lakh cash from a car while patrolling in Kabirdham.
During the inspection, two suspected residents of Raipur boarded in the car. When they were quizzed and asked about the supporting documents related, the suspects failed to produce any valid documents. And after their replies were doubtful, both the suspects got detained for further enquiry on Wednesday night, the police said. On the intelligence input, the raid was conducted in the Kotwali police station limits.
The raid was conducted on the Raipur-Jabalpur bypass, DySP Krishna Kumar Chandrakar informed the media.
