Chennai Weather Update: IMD Predicts Light To Moderate Rainfall In These Regions Of Tamil Nadu

Today, the minimum and maximum temperatures are likely to be around 30 degrees Celsius and 32 degrees Celsius, respectively. The humidity is expected to be around 76 per cent and the wind is expected to blow steadily from the West at 10 km/h.

Rainfall is predicted in these regions of Tamil Nadu

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), due to the influence of a cyclonic circulation, light to moderate rainfall is predicted in many parts of Tamil Nadu. Meanwhile, the temperatures are also likely to fall by 2-3 degrees Celsius. The rainfall is predicted in Tirupattur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Salem districts of Tamil Nadu. The weather department said that it could lead to waterlogging situations, slippery roads, and traffic congestion in some regions.
