Bihar Assembly Election 2025: Congress Party To Distribute 5 Lakh Sanitary Pads With Rahul Gandhi's Picture Ahead Of Polls
Speaking on the voter list revision in Bihar, Kumar accused the Election Commission of bias, claiming that the names of crores of people could be removed from the electoral rolls.

Ahead of the upcoming State Assembly elections, the Congress party on Friday announced a unique campaign to appeal to women voters in Bihar.
Addressing a press conference, Bihar Congress president Rajesh Kumar stated that Mahila Congress workers would distribute sanitary pads to women across the state. He said the party aimed to provide sanitary pads to at least five lakh women.
Kumar displayed a sample pack of the sanitary pads, which bore the text, "Mai-Bahan Maan Yojana (Mother-Sister Respect Scheme), All India Mahila Congress. Financial assistance for needy women – ₹2,500 per month."
The pack also has Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's image on it.
