Bengaluru Weather Forecast: IMD Issues Yellow Alert In These Regions Of Karnataka; Check Details
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted moderate to heavy rainfall with cloudy skies on July 29. The minimum and maximum temperatures are set to range around 19 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Bengaluru: The residents of the city have been enjoying cool weather over the past few days. The city is set to experience moderate to heavy rainfall on July 29, 2025. Cloudy skies are also expected in the city, which is expected to remain the same throughout the day. The city woke up at 06: 05 AM. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to range from 19 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively. The city is expected to witness the sunset at 06: 48 PM. The weather department said that rain and cloudy skies will keep the temperatures mild and pleasant in the city.
KSNDMC shared a weather report on X
Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report on X (formerly Twitter) for seven days and wrote,
"Scattered moderate rain is likely today in coastal & hilly districts of the state, scattered heavy rain, scattered light to moderate rain in northern inland districts, rain activity is likely to reduce in the rest of the days."
According to the India Meteorological Department, the rainfall is likely to be accompanied by strong surface winds, thunderstorms, and lightning. Scattered heavy rainfall is predicted in isolated regions of the state. The rainfall is likely to be accompanied by gusty winds. A yellow alert has been issued in North Interior Karnataka, coastal regions, and South Interior Karnataka.

Humidity levels may hover around 93 per cent, making the air feel damp, especially after rainfall. If you plan to step out, it's advisable to carry an umbrella or raincoat, as sudden rain showers are common. The weather department also advised residents and fishermen to avoid venturing in the sea or water bodies.
