Dibrugarh: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday took a firm stance against anti-national activities in Dhubri, stating that a mere warning won't suffice to curb these actions.
This comes after seditious messages were reportedly found written on walls in the area, hinting at a deep-rooted conspiracy.
Speaking to reporters in Dibrugarh, CM Sarma said, "We have already taken action. Assam is a sensitive state. People won't stop anti-national activities just because of my warning. This is a deep-rooted conspiracy... A mere warning won't be enough -- we have to put in a lot of hard work to counter this."
