All India Muslim Jamaat Chief Demands Ban On 'Sardaar Ji 3', Calls For Action Against Diljit Dosanjh
Calling the association with a Pakistani actor "deeply insensitive", Maulana Razvi demanded an immediate ban on the film and strict action against Dosanjh. "After the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam and India's decisive Operation Sindoor inside Pakistan, this kind of collaboration amounts to an insult to national sentiment," he said.

Bareilly: Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi Bareilvi, the national president of the All India Muslim Jamaat, has strongly criticised Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh over his upcoming film Sardaar Ji 3, in which he stars opposite Pakistani actress Hania Aamir. The Maulana has alleged that the collaboration sends a “wrong message” to the people of India, especially in the backdrop of the country’s strained ties with Pakistan following recent terrorist attacks.
He went a step further to appeal to the citizens of India to boycott the film. “The government should act swiftly and impose a complete ban on Sardaar Ji 3. Diljit Dosanjh must be arrested and sent to jail,” Razvi said while speaking to reporters.
The Maulana questioned Dosanjh’s decision to work with a Pakistani artist when many capable Indian actresses were available. “Why did he have to turn to someone from a country that harbours terrorist ideologies? Is he trying to glorify them? He must clarify his position,” he added.

He also drew attention to India’s diplomatic efforts to expose Pakistan’s alleged support for terrorism after the Pahalgam attack, stating that Dosanjh’s actions run contrary to the country's efforts to isolate Pakistan on the global stage.
As of now, there has been no official response from either Diljit Dosanjh or the filmmakers. The film Sardaar Ji 3 is yet to be released but has already stirred controversy with this fresh demand for a ban.
