Jyoti Malhotra, a Haryana-based YouTuber and social media influencer currently under investigation for allegedly spying for Pakistan, is back in the headlines after a Scottish YouTuber revealed startling details about her visit to Lahore, where she appeared to be heavily guarded by armed personnel.
Callum Mill, a travel vlogger who runs the YouTube channel Callum Abroad, shared footage from his recent trip to Pakistan, showing Malhotra in Lahore’s bustling Anarkali Bazar, flanked by what he described as “about six gunmen.”
The revelation comes as Malhotra remains in the custody of Hisar Police, with her remand extended amid a growing espionage investigation.

In his video, Mill is seen briefly interacting with Malhotra, who introduced herself as Indian and asked him about his visits to Pakistan and India. Moments later, the vlogger expresses surprise as he notices multiple armed men shadowing her.
“She’s the one with all the guys, all the security,” Mill says in the video. “I don’t know what the need for all the guns are,” he adds. The footage raised questions about the kind of reception Malhotra received in Pakistan, where she reportedly attended elite gatherings linked to security circles.
As reported by News18, authorities are now probing her alleged connections with Pakistani intelligence operatives. Her presence in such high-security company during visits to Pakistan has only deepened suspicions about her links.
Espionage Charges Against Malhotra
Malhotra was arrested earlier this month after Hisar Police claimed she was in communication with an employee at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi. According to officials quoted by News18, she is suspected of transmitting sensitive information, including details related to power disruptions in India during ‘Operation Sindoor’.
Three of her mobile phones and a laptop were seized for forensic examination. The results, recently submitted to police, are expected to play a crucial role in the case. With her custody due to end today, Malhotra is set to be produced before the court once again as investigators continue to piece together the extent of her alleged espionage activities.
