Born on December 25, 1999, originally from Bengaluru and grew up in Gurugram, Delhi, Medha studied at Army Public School, where she completed her 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. She then attended Christ University in Bengaluru, where she pursued a BBA with a specialisation in Finance and Marketing.
Growing up, Medha played basketball and tennis and was also into swimming. However, she now focuses on yoga and boxing. Medha is also a model who was scouted by Bengaluru-based fashion stylist and choreographer Prasad Bidapa when she was just 13.
She was shopping at a mall in Chandigarh with her parents when she happened to walk into a store where a fashion show was being held. That’s where she met Prasad, who told her parents that she should consider modelling and work with him — though at the time, they took it casually.
Further, she told Indulgexpress, "But fate had its way and my dad got posted to Bengaluru right after Chandigarh. He's in the army. We then moved to the city and I thought to myself: why don’t I explore this side of the world also? So, when I was 16, I started working with Prasad and there was no turning back after that. One thing led to another. I moved to Mumbai to take this career seriously as I was now sure I wanted to be an actor and then I bagged London Files. It happened through an audition, through a very random audition, where the team happened to like me and then they called me a few more times and we did a bunch of more rounds of auditions and workshops before it was finally confirmed."
