Usha Nadkarni Breaks Down After Getting Evicted From Celebrity MasterChef Ahead Of Semi-Finale, Faisu Blames Himself (VIDEO)

Veteran actress Usha Nadkarni's journey in the cooking-based show Celebrity MasterChef India has come to an end ahead of the semi-finals. Her eviction was one of the most emotional moments on the show, leaving everyone in tears, especially Mr. Faisu aka Faisal Shaikh, who shared a mother-son bond with her. He broke down in tears, blaming himself for her elimination. The episode began with host-judge Farah Khan unveiling three mystery boxes, each assigned to a judge. Chef Kunal’s box contained a single ingredient, while Chef Ranveer’s box held a platter.

Usha, confused about her choice, Faisu turned to help her and advised her to pick the fish mystery box from Chef Ranveer's selection. However, this decision ultimately landed her in the bottom two alongside Tejasswi Prakash. During the tense final moments of the challenge, Usha decided to cut off the fish's tail while plating, removing the best part of the fish.

Disappointed by her decision, Ranveer questioned Usha, to which she replied that the fish was bigger than the plate. Farah added that she couldn't recognise the fish as it cooked like a chicken cutlet.

While revealing the dish's name, Usha broke down in tears. Later, Chef Kunal stated that the fish was overcooked, while the other elements of the dish was good.

Chef Kunal announced Usha's eviction. She said, "Maine subah hi bola tha ki main aaj jaane wali hoon." Soon after, Faisu broke down in tears and blamed himself for her eviction, as he had suggested she choose the ingredients, which led to her shocking elimination.

Faisu got emotional and said, "I pushed her to take that mystery box. I feel guilty that she got evicted because of me." In response, Usha reassured him, saying, "You are my son, I chose it because I wanted it. I trust you, my Raja. Tu sach bolne wala hai. Tu mera beta hai."

Overwhelmed with emotions, she later broke down in tears, Faisu ran to her, hugged her, and consoled her, lovingly calling her 'MasterChef ki Maa.'

Currently, the contestants who are a part of Celebrity MasterChef are Faisal Shaikh, Tejasswi Prakash, Archana Gautam, Nikki Tamboli, Gaurav Khanna and Tejasswi Prakash.
