Where and where to book?
The tickets for Travis' second show are now live and available on BookMyShow. Much like the Coldplay concert, fans had to queue up to enter the 'waiting room' to book tickets. However, being in the waiting room does not guarantee priority access to ticket bookings.
Once users enter the waiting room, they will be assigned a queue number. A number will then be displayed indicating how many people are ahead of them in the line.
Whilst in the queue, users can view the venue and seat map to decide which seat they would like to book.
Ticket availability in each price range and category will continue to update in real-time as tickets are booked
It is important to not to refresh the page or click the back button, as this may result in losing the queue number. The user would then have to start over, reducing the chances of securing concert passes.
Once it's the user's turn to book tickets, they will have 4 minutes to complete the process and can secure up to 6 passes per person. During this time, they can select their seats and proceed with the payment. After the payment is successfully completed, an official confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID.
