One show that has become the talk of the town is Netflix's Adolescence. The Philip Barantini's directorial is a series which has each episode shot in one take. Yes, you read it right! A lot of Hindi filmmakers like Anurag Kashyap, Shekhar Kapur, and others have been praising the series, and now, Alia Bhatt has watched it and shared her review on social media.

The actress on her Instagram story shared, "This show is truly perfection. From the writing to the staging to the EXCEPTIONAL cinematography - I wonder what it felt like when after an hour of calling action - to finally calling cut... how did the entire cast and crew feel. The performance by each and every person that has walked into frame and out was ALIVE.. real raw and so hot in the moment that the energy is very very palpable & so moving."

Adolescence is created by Jack Thorne and Stephen Graham, and the latter also plays a pivotal role in the show. The series stars Owen Cooper, Ashley Walters, and Erin Doherty. The show revolves around a 13-year-old schoolboy named Jamie Miller who is arrested for the murder of a female classmate.

Talking about Alia's upcoming movies, the actress has Alpha and Love & War lined up. Alpha is YRF's first female Spy thriller film and it also stars Sharvari in the lead role. The movie is slated to hit the big screens on Christmas this year.

Meanwhile, the shooting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War is currently going on. The movie also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, and it is undoubtedly one of the most awaited upcoming films. It is slated to release in March 2026.
