The film was initially scheduled to be released in January 2025, on the occasion of Sankranthi, but was postponed. The film was released in theatres on February 7, 2025, and received mixed reviews from critics.
After a theatrical release, the film became the fourth highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025, as well as the eighth highest-grossing Indian film of 2025. It is set to stream on OTT.

The film is set to be released on March 7, 2025, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. It will be available on Netflix. The streaming giant shared the poster of the series on Instagram and wrote, "A journey across borders, a story beyond limits. Plot
The story of the film revolves around a fisherman named Raju, whose life takes a turn when he falls in love with a woman named Satya. When Satya urges Raju to stop fishing and seek other job opportunities, he disregards her advice and ventures out to sea. However, things take a dramatic turn when he accidentally drifts into Pakistani waters and gets arrested.
