Mrunal Thakur's Son Of Sardaar 2 and Triptii Dimri's Dhadak 2 are all set to clash at the box office on August 1, 2025. On Tuesday, Mrunal took to Instagram to wish the Dhadak 2 team 'all the best' for their film, and later, even Triptii wished Mrunal and the Son Of Sardaar 2 team.

Son Of Sardaar 2, starring Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur, and Dhadak 2, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri, are all set to clash at the box office on August 1, 2025. On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Mrunal took to her Instagram story to wish Triptii and the Dhadak 2 team all the best. Replying to Mrunal, Triptii also wished her on Instagram.
Mrunal shared the poster of Dhadak 2 and wrote, “It’s RELEASE WEEK and the excitement is real!! Such an incredible moment for #TeamSOS2 and #TeamDhadak2 just 4 days to go and I can hardly contain it! Massive congratulations and all the best to Siddhant Chaturvedi, Triptii Dimri and the entire Dhadak 2 team. Here’s to 2 beautiful releases and all the love coming our way (sic)."
Replying to Mrunal, Triptii wrote, “Wishing you and the team all the best for the release! Here’s to both our films finding all the love they deserve."
Dhadak 2 Vs Son Of Sardaar 2 Box Office Clash
Son of Sardaar 2 was slated to release on July 25, 2025, but due to the Saiyaara fever, the movie was postponed to August 1, 2025. Meanwhile, Dhadak 2 makers were the first ones to announce August 1 as the release date. So, they decided to release their film as per the schedule and didn’t postpone it.
