In a viral video, he can be seen sitting on the window of a moving SUV, when it jerked and he lost his balance. He fell face-first out of the car, and the cameraman rushed to his aid.

In the video, Emiway can be seen sitting on the window of a moving car while shooting for his next track. It was then that the car jerked and he lost his balance, falling face-first out of the moving SUV. The cameraperson quickly rushed to the rapper, who was moved to safety.
As the video went viral, fans of the rapper advised him to be cautious and not risk his life for the sake of music videos. Some also lauded his dedication towards his craft and prayed for his safety.
