Nora Fatehi & Preity Zinta To Star In Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 4? Film’s 'Time Travel' Plot & Cast Revealed

On Friday, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan announced that his son, actor Hrithik Roshan, will turn director for Krrish 4, marking his directorial debut. The superhero films, which are a spin-off of the hit 2003 film Koi… Mil Gaya, were previously directed by Rakesh. The production of Krrish 4 will be a collaboration between Yash Raj Films (YRF) and Rakesh Roshan

While the cast of Krrish 4 remains under wraps, IMDb's website states that Nora Fatehi will join the film, and Preity Zinta, who played the role of Nisha in Koi... Mil Gaya, will also return.

Furthermore, it hints at a 'time travel' plot. "Years after defeating Kaal, When an ancient artifact grants Krrish the power of time travel, he must navigate through different eras to save humanity from a malevolent force that threatens to rewrite history and reshape the future," it read.

IMDb's website also mentions Vivek Oberoi in a cameo as Kaal, along with Naseeruddin Shah and Rekha as Sonia Mehra. However, an official confirmation is awaited. It is important to note that the website is editable by its members.

The series began with Koi... Mil Gaya (2003), introducing the character Rohit Mehra, followed by Krrish 2 and Krrish 3.

Krrish 3 was released in 2013, starring Hrithik, Kangana Ranaut, Vivek Oberoi and Priyanka Chopra in the lead. The film became a massive hit, grossing Rs 393.37 crore at the box office, after being produced on a budget of Rs 95 crore.

When making it official on Friday about Hrithik's directorial debut with Krrish 4, Rakesh wrote on Instagram, "Duggu 25yrs back I launched you as an actor, and today again after 25 years you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers Aditya Chopra & myself to take forward our most ambitious film #Krrish4."
