‘Nervous Kya Hona’, Vicky Kaushal Remembers His First Meeting With Wife Katrina Kaif

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are undoubtedly one of the most famous couples of Bollywood. The two tied the knot in December 2021, and while there were rumours of them dating, they never confirmed their relationship before the wedding. Karan Johar on Koffee With Karan had revealed that Vicky and Katrina had met at Zoya Akhtar’s house for the first time. But now, Vicky has finally, revealed that the first time he met Katrina was at an award function.

During a conversation with Pinkvilla, Vicky revealed that while of course, they were on the stage together, the actual first meeting happened behind the stage. The actor revealed, “So I was hosting, and this I think was the first time. First time I ever met her and interacted with her. So, stage pe toh obviously matlab yeh jo kaan mein laga hota hai, yeh humesha aapko peeche se bolte rehte hain ki achha yeh waali, yeh aise karo waise karo, they keep guiding you and it’s always scripted and everything. But, behind the stage it was the first time we introduced to each other formally. Yeah, so… Who knew!”

When he was further asked whether he was nervous to meet Katrina, the actor said, “No, no. Nahi nervous kya hona… But she was extremely sweet, she was extremely sweet. I didn’t know that she would be knowing me, but she was extremely sweet.”

Vicky and Katrina have been married for more three years now, and multiple times there have been reports of them becoming parents. However, the reports turn out to be untrue.

Meanwhile, Vicky is currently busy with the promotions of Chhaava which is slated to release on 14^th February 2025. The movie is a biopic on Chhatrapathi Sambhaji Maharaj, son of Chhtrapathi Shivaji Maharaj.
