Mrunal Thakur To Romance Allu Arjun In Atlee's Film; Janhvi Kapoor & Deepika Padukone Also Being Considered: Report

One film that the whole country is eagerly waiting for is Allu Arjun's next which will be directed by Atlee. The movie was announced a few days ago on the actor's birthday, and since then, we have been reading a lot of reports about the actresses who will be seen in the movie. According to a latest report in PeepingMoon, Mrunal Thakur has been roped in to play one of the female leads in the movie.

Reportedly, she will be seen romancing Allu Arjun in the film, and the actress did a look test in Mumbai on Thursday. The report states that her look in the film will be different from what she had in her earlier South movies.

Not just Mrunal, there will be other female leads in the film as well. Reportedly, Janhvi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are also being considered for the film, and the former is very close to signing Atlee's directorial.

The official release date of the untitled film is not yet announced, but reportedly, the movie will hit the big screens in early 2027. The announcement video showed that Atlee and Allu Arjun had flown down to the US for the pre-production of the film, and met VFX experts who have worked on Hollywood movies.

Just the announcement video has created a great pre-release buzz about the movie, and the audience is super excited for it. While it is a Telugu film, the movie will be dubbed and released in multiple languages including Hindi, just like Pushpa franchise.
