Mrs is a drama film directed by Aarti Kadave. It is based on a Malayalam language movie by Jeo Baby. The film premiered at the 2023 Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and also at the 14th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) in 2024. Mrs is set to be released directly on OTT in February 2025.

Plot

The film's plot centres around Richa, a trained dancer whose life takes a turn when she marries a wealthy doctor named Diwakar. Initially, everything seems perfect, but soon Richa finds herself confined to the household, overwhelmed by the never-ending chores. When she finally musters the courage to share her passion for dancing with Diwakar, she is taken aback by his response. He insists that she must remain within the home and warns her that if she wants to stay, she must adhere to his strict rules. What steps will Richa take to fight for her freedom?
