Recently, Chinmayee took to social media to share a video message explaining why she would be unable to attend the upcoming public gathering. In the video, she appeared with noticeable wounds on her face and visibly swollen eyes, which shocked and concerned her fans.
"Two days ago, I met with an accident. Due to my condition, doctors have advised me against participating in the event," she reportedly stated in Marathi.

However, it is not known where the accident took place.
Despite her physical injuries, Chinmayee addresses her supporters and fellow Marathi speakers, saying, "Even though I won’t be there physically, I urge all Marathi citizens to turn up in large numbers. This is a rare occasion where political parties and the public have united for a shared cause.”
The actress expressed disappointment over missing the event but thanked the political parties and citizens involved in the movement. However, her video has now been deleted from her official social media account.
