Junaid Khan Reveals Farah Khan Removed His Dance Sequence In Loveyapa After Watching Him Rehearse: 'Tujhse Nahi Hoga, Tu Chalke Aa'

Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan is currently gearing up for the release of Loveyapa, which marks his first theatrical release with Khushi Kapoor. The film is directed by Advait Chandan, the same filmmaker behind Aamir's Laal Singh Chaddha, it is produced by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment. Ahead of its release, Junaid revealed that Farah Khan removed his dance sequence from the song Rehna Kol after watching him during his dance rehearsals.

Speaking to Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Junaid said, "Farah ma’am canceled our dance. During rehearsals, her assistants taught us the steps. But when she saw me perform, she decided to keep only Khushi’s dance and canceled my part. She asked me to perform in front of her, watched me, and said, 'Tujhse nahi hoga, tu chalke aa. Khushi se dance hoga, tu baithke dekh isko.'"

Further, Junaid admitted that he is a 'really bad' dancer emphasised that despite he enjoys dancing nonetheless. Recalling how he trained extensively for a dance sequence in his debut film, Maharaj, where he had to perform garba, Junaid shared that he spent 10 weeks rehearsing, practicing for four hours daily to get the moves right..

"If you look at me in the film, I’m so thin. It’s all Vaibhavi ma’am’s (Vaibhavi Merchant) magic," he said.

Meanwhile, Loveyapa is slated to release on February 7, 2025.
