'Half Under Muscle, Silicone': Kylie Jenner Shares Her Boob Job Details With Fan Who Calls Them 'Most Perfect Natural-Looking'

American media personality and businesswoman Kylie Jenner candidly responded to a TikTok comment from a female fan named Rachel Leary, who praised her 'natural-looking boob job' and expressed a desire to have breasts like Kylie's. In her reply, Kylie shared personal details about her breast augmentation.

Rachel said, "You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job. It’s like the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever. They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants—if they are implants or if you had fat transfer—to me, it is perfection." She captioned the video, "Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully."

Kylie responded to Leary in the comments, writing, "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!" hope this helps lol."

Kylie also revealed that she got the procedure done by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher.

Earlier, during the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, Kylie expressed regret at the time for getting her boob job at 20. "You know I got my breasts done before (welcoming) Stormi Webster," Jenner told her friend Anastasia SKaranikolaou on camera. Jenner gave birth to Stormi in 2018.

She added, "I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits. Sat perfectly—just gorgeous. Like, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children. Obviously, I have a daughter, too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19."
