Diljit Dosanjh Says 'Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo' During Kolkata Concert, Shah Rukh Khan Reacts (VIDEO)
Singer Diljit Dosanjh performed in Kolkata on Saturday, during which he was seen stating, "Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo", which is a catchphrase originally used by Shah Rukh Khan's IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders. He gushed that he is a fan of SRK. Reacting to it, the superstar wrote on X, "Thank you for bringing joy to the City of Joy."

Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh performed in Kolkata on Saturday night as part of his Dil-Luminati India Tour, and during that, he was seen stating, "Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo", which is a catchphrase originally used by Shah Rukh Khan's Indian Premiere League team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). A video of the same did not go unnoticed and SRK himself reacted to it, showering his love on Diljit.
In the video that has now gone viral, Diljit can be heard gushing, "Korbo lorbo jeetbo re! This is a very good tagline. It's very sweet. And it is Shah Rukh Khan sir's team's tagline so I had to like it as I am a huge fan!"
Sharing Diljit's video on his X handle, SRK wrote, "Thank you for bringing joy to the City of Joy, @diljitdosanjh Paaji. I’m sure all at @KKRiders and their fans love the Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo reference. All the best and have a great tour...Love u (sic)."
During the concert, Diljit also mentioned how Punjabis have always had a special connection with Bengal. He stated that after Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore wrote India's National Anthem, someone asked him to pen a 'world anthem' as well, to which the poet replied that Guru Nanak had already penned a world anthem.
"Thank you Kolkata, I love you," Diljit wrote, sharing the video.
Ahead of his concert, Diljit was also seen touring across Kolkata and spending time in the local streets of the age-old city. He enjoyed a ride in the iconic yellow taxi and also meditated near the Dakshineshwar temple.

After wrapping up Kolkata, Diljit has now headed to Bengaluru for his concert on Sunday. He will also perform in Mumbai, Indore and Chandigarh, before finally wrapping up in Guwahati on December 29.
