Plot

The series follows a young crime reporter named Abhishek, who is struggling in his career and decides to change his workplace in search of new opportunities and higher income. However, his journey takes a dangerous turn when he uncovers a story involving powerful individuals and finds himself entangled in a web of crime. Will he be able to save himself?

The series is based on The book "The Price You Pay" by Somnath Batabyal. Crime beat also explores themes of Investigative journalism, corruption, and the dark underbelly of crime.
