The much-awaited trailer of Coolie was launched at a grand event in Chennai, which was attended by Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Aamir Khan, Shruti Haasan, and others. The trailer is good, and Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial promises to be a stylish and massy action entertainer.

Lokesh Kanagaraj has surely done something no one can imagine. He has got five stars from different film industries in one film: Rajinikanth (Tamil), Nagarjuna (Telugu), Upendra (Kannada), Soubin Shahir (Malayalam), and Aamir Khan (Hindi). Coolie, starring all these actors, is all set to release this month, and on Saturday, the trailer of the film was launched at a grand event in Chennai, which was attended by all the cast and crew of the film.
The trailer of Coolie introduces all the actors, but yes, it doesn’t give out much about the storyline. However, the movie promises to be a stylish and massy action entertainer. Lokesh is known for directing some good action films, like Kaithi, Master, and Vikram. So, the expectations from Coolie are also quite high. Also, this time he has teamed up with superstar Rajinikanth, so all the Rajini fans are looking forward to Coolie to see how Lokesh has presented their favourite actor.

Coolie is slated to release on August 14, 2025. It is a Tamil film, but will be dubbed and released in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. While the film is expected to have a bumper opening in Tamil, with Nagarjuna, Upendra, and Aamir’s presence in it, we can also expect it to do well in other languages.
Coolie Vs War 2
Coolie will be clashing with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer War 2. While the former is targeting the Tamil audience majorly, the latter's target audience is Hindi and Telugu moviegoers. However, while Coolie is releasing in Telugu and Hindi, War 2 is also slated to hit the big screens in Tamil.
