About Chhaava
The film portrays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, who fearlessly fights against the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb to protect the Maratha Swaraj. The story shows how Sambhaji took on the responsibility of safeguarding his empire after the death of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The film also showcases his clever strategies in opposing Aurangzeb. However, his brother-in-law betrayed him by revealing his hidden location to the Mughal Empire, leading to his capture by the emperor. After capturing Sambhaji, Aurangzeb subjected him to severe torture until his death.
