Akshay Kumar's Niece Naomika Saran Looks Uncomfortable As Paps Chase Her In Mumbai, Netizens Say 'No Sense Of Respect' - VIDEO

Naomika Saran, the granddaughter of late superstar Rajesh Khanna and the niece of actor Akshay Kumar, made a rare splash in Mumbai on Thursday, but while at it, she was seen getting uncomfortable as she was hounded by paps. While Naomika tried her best to be polite to them, netizens pitied the young girl and criticised the paps for their behaviour.

In a video which has now gone viral, Naomika can be seen exiting a store in Mumbai, and as soon as she saw the paps, she first tried to change her route. On realising that there's no escape, the 20-year-old walked as fast she could amidst the sea of paps, while they continued running behind her.

At one point, she even dodged a couple of cameras as they came too close to her, and rushed to her car, while politely saying, "Thank you". However, she looked visibly uncomfortable till the time she sat in the car and zoomed off.

Netizens slam paparazzi

As the video went viral, netizens slammed the paps for "harassing" the young girl. "This is harassment," a user commented, while another wrote, "Made her so uncomfortable... No sense of respect! (sic)."

This is not the first time that the shutterbugs are being criticised on the internet for their behaviour. On Wednesday night, they were seen chasing Hrithik Roshan's 17-year-old son Hridaan in Mumbai, as the boy literally made a run for his car while looking visibly scared and irritated.

For those unversed, Naomika is the daughter of Rinke Khanna and Sameer Saran. Rinke is the younger daughter of Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, and the sister of Twinkle Khanna.

Naomika is also related to Akshay Kumar and happens to be his niece, via his marriage with Twinkle.

If reports are to be believed, Naomika is all set to mark her Bollywood debut alongside Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda, in a romcom produced by Dinesh Vijan.
