Ajay Devgn Rents Out Office Unit In Mumbai's Andheri For ₹5.47 Lakh A Month
Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has reportedly rented out an office unit owned by him in Mumbai's upscale Andheri suburb for a whopping rent of Rs 5.47 lakh per month. The property is located in the uber-luxurious Signature by Lotus, and it spans over 2,545 sq ft. The lease agreement has been signed for five years.

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has reportedly rented out an office unit owned by him in Mumbai's upscale Andheri suburb for a whopping rent of Rs 5.47 lakh per month. The Singham actor sealed the deal earlier this month.
According to Square Yards, Ajay has given the office unit on rent to Bombay Design Centre Private Limited. The property is located in the uber-luxurious Signature by Lotus, and it spans over 2,545 sq. ft. (~236 sq. m.).
A stamp duty of Rs 85,500 was levied during the signing of the deal along with a registration fee of Rs 1000. The transaction also included a security deposit of Rs 16.42 lakh.

The rental agreement has reportedly been signed for five years, from May 2025 to April 2030, and it includes an initial fit-out period. The monthly rent is set at Rs 5.47 lakh for the first three years, and it will then jump to Rs 6.29 lakh for the final two years of the lease agreement.
Back in April 2023, Ajay had reportedly purchased three adjacent office spaces, each measuring 2,545 sq. ft., for a total value of Rs 30.35 crore. At present, he has only rented out one of the three units.

On the work front, Ajay is currently enjoying the success of his latest release, Raid 2, which has earned a whopping Rs 88.75 crore so far. The film, which released on May 1, also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor in key roles, and it is expected to enter the Rs 100 crore club by the end of this week.
Ajay now has the second installments of both Son of Sardar and De De Pyaar De in the pipeline.
