Aishwarya Rai Holds Daughter Aaradhya Bachchan Close Before 2nd Red Carpet Appearance At Cannes 2025 (VIDEO)

Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan wowed fans yet again at Cannes Film Festival 2025 with her second appearance. Several pictures and videos have surfaced on social media in which she is seen stepping out in a striking black cape dress that turned heads on the red carpet. But before the glamourous walk, it was a tender mother-daughter moment that caught everyone's attention.

Aishwarya was spotted tightly holding daughter Aaradhya Bachchan's hand as they made their way to the red carpet. While Aaradhya didn't join her mother on the red carpet, their bond became the highlight for many.

Aaradhya was also spotted in an all-black outfit as she accompanied her mother. The duo interacted with each other as they walked outside the venue towards the red carpet.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya turned heads in a dazzling black gown by designer Gaurav Gupta for her second Cannes appearance. The shimmering ensemble caught the light beautifully, while its figure-hugging silhouette accentuated her curves and channeled the timeless glamour of vintage Hollywood.

The actress completed her look with a champagne-gold shawl draped around her shoulders.

Aishwarya stayed true to her signature style with bold red lipstick that stood out. Her soft, wavy brown hair flowed over her shoulders. Her eye makeup was striking but not too much. She wore minimal jewellery, letting her dress and presence do all the talking.

It is to be noted that Aishwarya has made a stunning return to the 78th Cannes Film Festival at the French Riviera. Unlike her 2024 appearances that left fans disappointed, this year the actress captivated everyone with her regal and elegant avatar.

The 51-year-old actress flaunted her desi avatar, draped in an ivory Banarasi saree designed by Manish Malhotra.

Aishwarya also proudly flaunted her sindoor, putting to rest all the divorce rumours swirling around her and Abhishek Bachchan.

On the work front, Aishwarya was last seen in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan 2 alongside Jayam Ravi, Sobhita Dhulipala and Aishwarya Lekshmi. It served as a sequel to Ponniyin Selvan: I and was directed by Mani Ratnam. She is yet to announce a new project.
