Actress Mouni Roy recently grabbed eyeballs when she attended an event in Mumbai, and netizens wondered if she had resorted to plastic surgeries and if they had gone wrong. And now, Mouni has finally ended her silence on the rumours, as she said at an event that she does not pay heed to trolls.
Mouni attended an event in Mumbai on Saturday evening, where she was asked about the 'botched plastic surgery' speculations about her. To that, she replied that she is unfazed by the chatter.
"Main dekhti hi nahi... Jo phantom log baithe hai, agar aap screen ke peeche baithke trolling kar rhe ho, aur usme aapko Khushi milti hai, so be it (sic)," she said.
Mouni made headlines during the trailer launch of her upcoming film, The Bhootnii, when she was spotted looking rather different from her usual self. While some wondered if she had gotten herself a lip job, others said that she went under the knife to enhance her forehead, but the surgery went wrong.
The actress was also seen sporting a tiny bump on her forehead, and soon after the plastic surgery chatter, she got herself bangs which covered her forehead.
