85-Year-Old Helen Does Pilates, Jumps On Trampoline & Dances To Her Iconic Track Monica O My Darling (VIDEO)

Legendary actress Helen proved that age is just a number as she amazed fans by performing various Pilates exercises at 85. The video, shared by celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, left viewers in awe of the actress' impressive fitness. The video begins with Helen saying, "Hi, I am a girl of 85, and because of Pilates."

Later, Helen is seen joyfully jumping on the trampoline, petting Yasmin's dog, and playfully saying, "I can bend it like Beckham, can you?" She then moves on to perform her most challenging exercise. Yasmin shares that Helen is capable of sitting down and standing up without any support, and can also walk up and down the stairs independently.

She wraps the video by dancing to her iconic track Monica, O My Darling song Piya Tu Ab To Aja a song from the 1971 Hindi film Caravan.
