UPTAC Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025 Released At uptac.admissions.nic.in; What's Next?

UPTAC counselling seat allotment 2025: Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has issued the Round 1 seat allotment result of UPTAC BTech counselling 2025. Now, candidates can view their allotted college and course by logging on to the official website at uptac.admissions.nic.in using their application number and password of JEE Main 2025.

What's Next?

After the allotment result is released, candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 should follow the following steps by August 1, 2025:

Accept the Seat by Payment of Fee

-General category and OBC category candidates: ₹20,000

-SC and ST category candidates: ₹12,000

This fee payment is compulsory. If a candidate fails to pay this fee, the seat will be cancelled, and the candidate will not be able to appear for any subsequent rounds of counselling.

Submission of Online Willingness (Freeze/Float)

After paying the seat acceptance fee, the candidate needs to express his willingness:

Freeze: Accept the seat given and get out of the counselling round.

Float: He accepts the seat given but remains open to upgrades in subsequent rounds.

The deadline to get the allotted seat confirmed needs to be fulfilled by both submitting willingness online and paying the seat acceptance fee. Failure to do this would automatically mean that the seat gets cancelled.

Step 2: Click on the link "UPTAC BTech round 1 allotment" on the homepage

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen and candidates will have to enter the required details on the portal

Step 4: The UPTAC Round 1 BTech seat allocation result will appear on the screen
