Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University has announced the UPTAC 2025 seat allotment results for Round 3. Those who registered for the counselling round can view their results on uptac.admissions.nic.in, the official website of UPTAC.
Aspirants who have been assigned a seat must verify their decision by choosing either 'accept and freeze' or 'accept and float' in order to advance with the counselling procedure. Those who wish to withdraw from the procedure can do so online by August 12. The same dates hold for submitting willingness (freeze or float) and withdrawing.
What is the freeze and float option?
Freeze: Choosing this option indicates that aspirants can accept the given seat and will not participate in subsequent counselling rounds for seat improvement. However, their category status could still be altered.
Float: Opting float allows aspirants to maintain their current seat while being eligible to take part in future rounds for a better chance.
