CBSE Board Class 10th and 12th Toppers List 2025: ST. Thomas School, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, has shown academic excellence with its students performing outstandingly well in the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Examinations 2025. The school's toppers have not only obtained high percentages but also perfect marks in many subjects, creating a new benchmark of excellence.

ST. Thomas School: Class 12th Top 3 Toppers

1. Samyak: 98.2% (100 marks in Geography and Psychology)

2. Joshua Joy: 97.4% (100 marks in English, Geography and Psychology)

3. Anushka Negi: 96.6% (100 marks in English)

ST. Thomas School: Class 12th Humanities Stream Toppers

1. Samyak: 98.2% (100/100 marks in Geography and Psychology)

The school topper and Arts topper, Samyak said, "I was simultaneously preparing for my school exams and the CLAT entrance test for NLU. I began my coaching for the entrance exam in November 2023, so I had to manage both—my academics and entrance preparation—together.

Since the entrance test was scheduled for December, my primary focus was on that. School exams became secondary during that period. I didn’t pay much attention to school lectures at the time. I started preparing for school only before the periodic tests, and I gave them quite randomly without much effort, as most of my energy was directed toward the entrance exam.

After giving the CLAT exam and qualifying in both the CLAT and AILET, I shifted all my attention back to board preparations. I missed the first pre-board, but I did appear for the second pre-board. My performance was average—not great, but not too bad either.

At that point, my school teachers realized my potential, and they began giving me and Joshua personal attention. We both used to visit school regularly for one-on-one interactions. The teachers helped us clear our doubts, practice with sample papers, and revise important topics.

We were also called for extra revision classes, which helped us a lot. That’s pretty much how I managed my preparation. I didn’t attend any special coaching for Humanities subjects, nor did I rely on any local reference guides. I studied strictly from NCERT books and solved only one or two sample papers before the board exams."

2. Joshua Joy: 97.4% (100/100 marks in English, Geography and Psychology)

3. Devanshi Ahuja: 94.8% (100 marks in Psychology)

ST. Thomas School: Class 12th Science Stream Toppers

1. Anushka Negi: 96.6% (100 marks in English)

2. Labhansh Vashisht: 94.4% (100 marks in English)

Speaking about the challenges, he said, "First of all, I believe that consistency and regular effort are very important. Many people note down tasks but postpone them, thinking they can do the difficult ones later and start with the easier topics. However, I believe that's not the best approach. We should prioritize difficult topics and tackle them first. We can do this in several ways, for example, through multiple rounds of revision, watching different lectures on the same topic, or asking teachers for clarification."

Regarding his self-study approach, he mentioned, "Since 10th grade, I've been studying independently. So, I have some experience in identifying effective teachers. Teachers have various styles, and some can be time-consuming. When you find a good mentor or teacher, you recognize that they are well-suited to guide you correctly. So, it was a process of trial and error, I would say."

Talking about his career path, he shared, "Currently, I am more inclined towards research and tech related courses."

Highlighting his strategies for managing exam stress, he explained, "For distractions, I found several helpful apps for blocking them. I don't use social media apps like Instagram or Facebook; I only use WhatsApp and YouTube. If YouTube became a distraction, I used various apps to block it for specific periods. This way, it wouldn't work during study time, and I could access it later. For anxiety, my main coping mechanism was talking to my parents. I always share my worries with them, especially with my mom, as I am very close to her. If there was any problem or if I heard bad news, I would definitely talk to her."

3. Raghav Dhingra: 93.4%

ST. Thomas School: Class 12th Commerce Stream Toppers

1. Drishti Choudhary: 91.6%

The Commerce stream topper shared her thoughts on handling the calculation-based subjects and said, "When it comes to calculations, I believe the most important thing in a numerical subject is to aim for maximum marks. That’s why I focused on scoring full marks in Accountancy—I targeted 10 out of 10 wherever possible. In total, I attempted around 10 to 15 mock tests. I started practicing mocks around August, as our syllabus was nearing completion and the pre-boards were approaching."

She further added, "Managing numerical subjects like Math alongside Accountancy was definitely challenging. However, I prioritized Accountancy since I had chosen Physical Education as my fifth subject, which gave me a bit more flexibility to focus on my core papers."

2. Shorya Pratap Singh: 90.8%

3. Prerna Sharma: 87.8%
