Applicants with a graduating degree in any discipline from an accredited university or an equivalent certification are eligible to take the exam. Aspirants should be between the ages of 20 to 30.
IOB LBO Recruitment 2025: Selection process
The selection procedure will include an online exam, which includes a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) and a Personal Interview stage.
Those who pass the online examination will be invited to take the Language Proficiency Test (LPT), and those who pass both the online exam and the LPT will be invited to a personal interview.
IOB LBO Recruitment 2025: Exam details
The online exam will be worth 200 points and include 140 questions. It will last three hours. There will be a penalty for incorrect responses. For each incorrect answer, 1/4, or 0.25, of the marks will be deducted.
